Cartoons & Sketches Commissions
For most cartoons & sketches I generally work within a price range.UPDATE
( I not longer wish to do cheap sketches [under $50], especially if you are picky. It's just a head, some shoulders, simple line art and NO COLOR. But too many people have taken this too far, and pushed me too much, so it's over. )- HOW MUCH ARE YOU WILLING TO SPEND?- I use YOUR PRICE AMOUNT to gauge just how much work to put into the piece.- I've done cheap doodles for as low as $5, but I've ALSO done work in the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS RANGE. [ UPDATE: I NO LONGER DO WORK UNDER $50 ]- But, if you're only spending $5 DON'T EXPECT $5K worth of quality.
( UPDATE: I no longer do artwork commissions under $50! )- I'm NOT doing ANYTHING in DIGITAL COLOR for less than $275, AND YOU ONLY GET 3 COLORS (not counting Black & White)- Color is way more labor intensive.- The more detailed something is, the higher the cost.- Dynamic Poses cost significantly HIGHER than a simple pose.- The more refined a drawing, the more details, and the more shading & highlights, this means MORE LABOR, ergo the price needs to be fair for ME.- Hand Drawn Coloring and Digital Colors ALSO cost differently.- Most people tend to spend about $55-$850 on my cartoon work.

Sometimes some people LOOK AT PHOTOS with their HEART, and NOT THEIR EYES, so if I suggest something different, YOU SHOULD LISTEN, because it WILL LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO, but you won't like it.
( The Deposit is also NOT REFUNDABLE because I did the LABOR. )
Time & time AGAIN I'm ALWAYS RIGHT about these things. I've been doing this my whole life.
Whatever the original estimate price is (before taxes) you MUST PAY a Deposit of at least 1/2, THEN I WILL START IT. (Yes, you could break it up into 3rds, we can discuss it.)
The Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE, because I DID THE LABOR. ( This is WHY I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU HEED MY SUGGESTIONS)
Corrections can be on Video Calls LIVE (No extra charge, it usually goes quickly, often 12 minuets)

Honestly, WHATEVER IT IS YOU WANT ME to DIGITALLY COLOR FOR YOU, I don't even want to talk about it, because it's so much work. I won't even get out of bed to talk about it for less that $15,000 a project. And, I don't even think I even want to start with that price.
The stuff I do for myself, is so labor intensive that I work whenever I feel like it, and that's exhausting, and mentally draining, and I often suffer from fatigue, and intermittent anemia.
At this point, a lot of things offered to me even at $15K will still not entice me to entertain the idea anymore, especially if it's an insane sort of amount of work. $45K-65K, for the amount of work, effort, skills, etc. and I might be open to it.
I honestly would rather not do it, but I need to put it out there, to illustrate what my time is worth to me, because too many people pester me with silly nonsense, cheat me, and try to trick me.
Caveats & Disclaimers:** - I Generally DO NOT DO PAINTINGS whatsoever UNLESS THE PRICE IS RIGHT. SO DON'T EVEN ASK.**
Unless you are a serious investor, please respect my boundaries. Otherwise I only do paintings, or painting work, for the PERSONAL pleasure & enjoyment of it, not as work for someone else.- Animation:
- I don't take any Private Individuals as Commissioners for Animated Cartoons. (Only still drawings.) Animation takes months, or years, to produce.
- The Animation Guild/Union has their own meager idea of hourly wages, and I'm only willing to work as a Contractor for a Studio.* VFX:

I'm only willing to work for a Studio as a legal Contractor, Trainee, or Employee.
Not for Private Individuals.
These things are highly labor intensive.
Writing- Screenplays & Script Writing:
- I can write screenplays; it's very labor intensive.
- I can also storyboard.
- I prefer to write in a more proper style, and I don't like "corner cutting" slackers who write it like a playwright, vagueness, or like a novel. Directions should be neat, to the point, n detailed enough for crew to understand, including camera, director, actors, editors.
- I'm thorough.
- I like things to make sense. I don't like working with inflexible individuals, or people on power trips.
- I also don't like overused clichés, tropes, low brow jokes, or the same obnoxious humor reused over & over.
- I'm NOT a punching bag, stooge, nor pushover.
- AND I HATE VORE.- Scams:
- I DO NOT WORK FOR "EXPOSURE" (I wasn't born yesterday)
- Fake Charities & "a good cause":Are you legally registered as a Non-Profit?
Do you have PROOF?
Do you have a TAX ID or EIN?- You want ME to WORK FOR YOU FOR FREE, for YOUR AUCTION, SO YOU CAN MAKE MONEY, BUT NOT PAY ME, but YOU DID PAY THE VENUE???? (I don't think so)
- You want to USE MY WORK for YOUR SHOWS, THAT YOU CHARGE TICKETS TO SEE, BUT NOT ME??? (I don't think so)- Just because you are a FAN doesn't mean I owe you labor.- I don't do work for terrorists, bullies, harassers, nor under threat of suicide. GET HELP!
- I DO NOT GIVE OUT CUSTOMER INFO. NO YOU CANNOT BUY IT FROM ME.- Creative Commons:
- I do actually have a number of free materials, artwork, audio, and other items in my various galleries & creative profiles throughout the internet.
- YES You can use it for FREE.
- NO You DO NOT need to ask my permission; especially if I say so in the description, AND if it's Creative Commons. (It's FREE UNLESS you used it FOR Profit and made a large sum, like a 1/4 million bucks, THEN I WILL HUNT U DOWN.)
- YES You ARE supposed to Credit Me, LEGALLY.
- NO, I'm NOT NOT going to hunt you down if u forgot to mention me credited in ur video project, or art, or whatever. (But watch out for the comment section! THEY BITE! People constantly tell me this guy did this or that... it's usually children... usually RPGs & Message Boards... and It's fine.
